(詳細)報名參加活動及付款方法 ：
  
  For serious love seeker, please complete the following 3 simple steps :

1. Filled in the Enrollment form. (for each person)  or *參加表格*
 
2. Please deposit the Admission Fee within the next day (12 hrs for occasional case) into :

                              account name : Amingle
3. Fax Deposit Slip at (852) 3190-9870 with your name & member number & contact number &
    event's title, date, time & how many people of you all . Then your registration is completed.
    ( be on time, delay will be considered as a cancellation )

    Once we receive your Admission Fee and Fax, we will confirm your registration by phone.

     若會員因事或私人理由，無法出席活動，本會不會安排退款，
     會員亦不可參加其他活動以低消有關款項。
